Come and try our Home Education programme for free at Gosport Museum and Art Gallery this July! Join us for mini history, science and art workshops, explore our loans boxes, enjoy craft activities and resources and tell us what you want to see in our Home Education programme next. There will also be an opportunity to visit the Scholastic Book Fair to purchase some books if you wish to as well as meet other home educating families
Simply book your free places online and then we’ll send you an outline of the activities taking place so you can pick and mix your own perfect day!
Things to know prior to booking:
* All children must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times including during facilitated workshops
* In the event of an emergency, you are responsible for the children in your group
* We require at least one adult for every 3 children
* You are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of your children at all times
* If you are looking to bring younger/ older siblings, they are very welcome but please be aware that the content may not be pitched at their current learning level.
* The day is a combination of drop in activities and mini structured sessions, please check schedule for more information
* Food and drinks are not permitted in our immersive Learning Rooms
* Our facilitators reserve the right to ask participants to leave if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the setting
* We advise that participants take a comfort break before the session begins as children can not be left unsupervised while their accompanying adult takes one child to the toilet.
