Multi-venue discount for school trips!
Explore our fantastic immersive school trips - and save your school money when you book to visit more than one of our venues with our Multi-venue discount.
How does it work?
- First venue: Standard workshop pricing applies
- Second venue: 10% discount off the total booking price of your second venue
- Third venue: 15% discount off the total booking price of your third venue
The highest priced venue is charged at full price; the 10% discount is applied to the middle-priced venue and the 15% discount is applied to the lowest-priced venue, for example:
If your school visits three of our venues, Milestones Museum, Basing House and 878 AD, the pricing would work as below:
- Milestones Museum = Full price
- Basing House = 10% off
- 878 AD = 15% off
How do I claim our discount?
- Select ‘Enquire now’ on the web page of the first workshop that you would like to book
- On the enquiry form, you will be asked to state any other Hampshire Cultural Trust school trips you would like to book. Please note that bookings must be stated at this point to qualify for the discount
- Complete an enquiry form for each workshop you would like to book
- You will be contacted by our Learning Team who will manage your bookings and ensure that your discount is applied at point of invoice
Terms and conditions
- Eligible participants: Offer valid only for registered educational institutions (e.g., primary, secondary, or special education schools).
- Booking requirement: All venues must be booked at the same time, under the same school name and contact details to qualify for the discount.
- Visit timeline: Visits must occur within the same academic year.
- Discount order: The highest-priced venue is charged at full price with no discount applied. The 10% discount is applied to the second highest priced venue and 15% discount to the lowest priced venue.
- Non-transferable: Discounts cannot be transferred to other schools or used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount.
- Group size: Schools must book a minimum of one class per venue in order to qualify for the discount.
- Cancellation: If any of the visits are cancelled, the discount structure may be adjusted or voided accordingly.
- Payment terms: Payment for all venues must be completed as per the invoice schedule. Discounts will be applied on the final invoice.
- Subject to availability: All bookings are subject to venue availability.
- Changes to offer: Hampshire Cultural Trust reserves to right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
