Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time
Led by an Anglo-Saxon villager, learners can dress up throughout their visit and complete Anglo-Saxon challenges whilst discovering objects from the time as well as what life was like.
Then, at Winchester City Museum, pupils can embed the learning from their immersive experience through teacher-led object handling, exploring genuine Anglo-Saxon artefacts and completing a Time Travellers trail during the self led part of their day.
